Important Information - Change in ODIS Service Licenses: With the release of ODIS Service 25.1.0 on August 18, 2025, ODIS Service will support both device-bound and user-bound licenses. Consequently, ordering device-bound ODIS Service licenses in erWin will no longer be possible from this date.
In the period from 08.01.2026 to 08.01.2026 from 13:00:00 to 16:00:00 (UTC-0), ELSAPro is not available due to maintenance work/system adjustments. This affects some functions implemented in erWin (e.g.: vehicle identification, vehicle data, field measures, repair and maintenance information)
User data administration
With the initial log in at erWin Online you automatically reach the dialogue box to change your password. There you must change the system-generated password to a personal one.
Complete the following fields and end the registration by clicking on the button Change. The new details are stored straight away:
Old password, your old password
New password, your new personal password
Repeat password, repeat new password for safety reasons
You can change your password at any time. Should you forget your password, you can have a new one sent to the Email stored in erWin.
